I have completed my studies from J J School
of Arts, Mumbai. When I was in search of the
surface other than canvas, I came to know
the real painting. I painted wood surface
i.e. plywood by putting white colour on it
then it got completed by many colours one by
one on it, there was no figure, no subject
it was only happening. For my this painting
I got merit certificate of Asia Pacific Art
Award 2000 organized by Nokia .
After the realization of colours and its
sensation I am feeling that rather than a
specific figure the space created by that
figure is important, other than making
painting of a specific figure I believe in
the happening of a painting, it comes from
heart.
I have worked in interior projects of
residential, hotels as well as commercial
environment. I have also assigned work of
Sketching and Calligraphy.
While I want to extend my paintings my
imaginative eye took me to abstract
paintings. Meanwhile my abstracts will speak
on the Happening of Space.
